You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your colorplay login credentials. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. colorplay does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Note: colorplay does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which colorplay bears no responsibility.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by colorplay are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and time limits are stated in each individual promotion. Bets placed on games that are excluded from wagering requirement fulfillment will not count toward the rollover.

Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not fulfilled within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from the Player's account without compensation.
